You probably have a personal account. Personal accounts do not get fees from payments like this, but premier and business do. But if you use eBay you basically need premier to receive credit card payments I think, idk.

Yeah, this is true. If you have a personal account you don't get fees, but you can see that they basically force everyone into either a premier or business account. Good for business, sucks for us.
